An exceptional leadership opportunity
For Accutics, we are looking for an experienced SaaS or MarTech leader who is ready to take on a unique CEO role. This is a chance to join a scale-up that has already proven its product-market fit, secured strong international traction, and built a talented team of around 30 people.
Accutics is at a stage where the foundations are in place, the board and founders are aligned, and the company is primed for international growth. As CEO, you will step into a business with momentum, where your impact on strategy, commercial direction, and company culture will be both immediate and long-lasting. In close collaboration with the board, you will have the mandate to set direction, the trust to lead, and the platform to build something remarkable.
The role
As CEO, your focus will be to accelerate commercial growth and strengthen the company’s market position. This means building a scalable go-to-market model, driving enterprise sales - target accounts are international market leaders with a significant marketing spend - and ensuring that Accutics operate as one unified commercial engine. While you will be responsible for long-term strategy and value creation, you remain close to execution - supporting key revenue activities, engaging directly with customers and partners, and representing the company externally with authority and credibility.
Equally important will be your leadership of the team. With 30 colleagues today, you will be the visible daily leader who sets direction, creates alignment, and fosters a culture that combines high performance with collaboration and trust. You will work closely with the founders, who continue to lead product and operations, and with the board, who provide strong strategic support.
What we are looking for
We are searching for a commercially driven SaaS/MarTech leader with international experience. You may currently be a CEO, CRO, CCO, or in a comparable executive role. What matters most is your proven ability to scale a B2B SaaS businesses, your track record of large enterprise revenue growth, and your experience navigating complex sales cycles.
You are execution-oriented, structured, and hands-on - someone who thrives in a scale-up environment where resources are not unlimited but ambition is. You balance commercial drive with people leadership, and you know how to inspire trust and build credibility with customers, employees, investors, and partners alike.
