Senior Engagement Manager - Data & AI

Build and nurture a portfolio of enterprise Data & AI partnerships across healthcare, finance, and public sectors. 

For ADC, we seek a Senior Manager with a strong commercial profile to drive the next growth phase. ADC is a growing Data & AI consultancy with offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Amsterdam. They stand out in the Data & AI consulting space by focusing on data-driven solutions, responsible AI adoption and meaningful impact across major healthcare, financial services, and public sector organizations. 

The Position 

This is an opportunity to join a consultancy at the perfect inflexion point - established enough to have prestigious clients and proven methodologies, yet still small enough for significant individual influence on its direction. This position combines commercial leadership with deep technical understanding. Working alongside PhD-level data scientists and engineers, you will translate complex Data & AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes for new and existing customers. For the right person, this position offers the possibility to join the management team and own equity.

About you 

We seek candidates with 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably in analytics, AI, or digital transformation. Your track record should demonstrate successful business development and relationships with relevant potential clients in the Danish market in one or more of the relevant industries, and it is probably backed by a master's degree. Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for technology and its practical business applications.
